AEA Officer Election

March 18, 2021 will be the Alton Education Association election for officers and Region Council.

The following positions will be elected for a one year terms except where noted.

  • President
  • Certified Vice President
  • ESP Vice President
  • Certified Secretary
  • ESP Secretary
  • Professional Negotiations Committee (8 positions – term School Years 2021/2022 – 2023/2024)
  • Region Council (7 positions)

Nominations are now being accepted by using the following link. All nominees and the person nominating them must be a member in good standing. The nominee MUST accept the nomination. Following the nomination being submitted, an email will be sent to the nominee to ACCEPT/DECLINE. A confirmation email will be sent after the nominee has accepted the nomination. The deadline for nominations is Friday, March 12, 2021.
