AEA Members,
In an effort to reduce confusion about an employee that believes they were in close contact (6 ft for 15 cumulative minutes) with a COVID positive person we are requesting that each employee contact their supervisor by phone and follow-up with an email or text when reporting a close contact. There have been multiple instances where there was a miscommunication that could have been resolved with an email. If you believe you were in close contact with a COVID positive person you will be asked to quarantine and contact the Local Health Department.
